renowned jury of the <strong>International Taste Institute<\/strong>, receiving the prestigious <strong>Crystal Award<\/strong>: a lifetime accolade.<\/p><p>Over 200 international taste experts, including chefs from the Michelin and Gault  Millau Guides, praised our product for its fragrant flaky dough, made with 19.5% butter and natural yeast, and for its delicious pistachio filling. <\/p><p>These achievements are the result of our colleagues\u2019 talent and dedication from the RD and the Production departments, whose hard work has once again contributed to earn a three stars, with an outstanding score of 91.1, securing us the coveted award.<\/p><p>We are happy that a global jury has recognized the excellence of our product: we select the finest raw ingredients, we create unique recipes with an unmatched flavor, ensuring the perfect balance between artisanal tradition and industrial dimension.<\/p><p>Awards like this inspire and motivate us to continue this path with
