Our commitment starts with the careful selection of high-quality ingredients, certified raw materials, and trusted suppliers. But the true deliciousness of our products also depends on a few simple rules that we recommend following if you want to achieve excellent results.
Storage
To preserve the quality of the product, always reseal any packages that are not fully used:
- Always respect the indicated expiration dates.
- Maintain the cold chain: any interruption can affect the product’s performance.
- Never refreeze a product once it has been thawed.
Check your freezer regularly to ensure that:
- The temperature stays between -18°C and -20°C
- The door is properly closed
- It is defrosted at regular intervals
- It is not overloaded
Baking
- Before baking our products, make sure the inside of the oven is clean. This is not only good practice for hygiene, but it also helps save energy! A clean oven uses less power because its panels reflect heat more efficiently, ensuring even baking and consistently delicious results.
- To achieve optimal results, preheat the oven and bake three trays at a time. Using the oven at full capacity actually increases baking time and can result in uneven cooking.
- Line the baking trays with parchment paper
- Place the trays in the preheated oven
- Bake the products at the recommended temperature and settings and set the oven timer. Higher temperatures do not save time—they only risk burning a great product.
- Avoid opening the oven during the first stage of baking and pay close attention in the final minutes.
- At the end of baking, remove the trays to let the products rest and cool.
