With great pride, we announce that our products have been honored by the prestigious jury of the International Taste Institute, recognized as a symbol of excellence and unmatched quality in the Food & Beverage sector.
During a rigorous tasting process, over 200 judges analyzed a wide selection of products, awarding the esteemed prize only to the very best.
Among these were: Tiffany with ancient grains with wild blueberries, a delightful creation made with a mix of cereals and a luscious wild blueberry cream filling, which earned two stars and a score of 80.8. Vegan straight croissant with citrus and carrot, made without any animal-derived ingredients, which received one star and a score of 78.9. Sofia butter croissant, our reinterpretation of the traditional Tuscan “polacca,” featuring a shorter, straight, and flaky shape, awarded one star with a score of 74.3.
