The jury—comprising over 200 taste professionals from around the world—carefully evaluated and tasted a wide range of products through a structured and rigorous assessment process, granting recognition to those references that stood out for their sensory characteristics and overall quality.

Among the awarded products are the new Croissant Dorami Straight with Raspberry, which received 2 Stars with a score of 82.9; the Crunchy Dubai Style Pastry, awarded 1 Star with 78.4 points; and our Croissant Dorami Straight with Vesuvio Apricot, which earned 1 Star with a score of 74.5.

The event was hosted at CAST Alimenti, the prestigious school of cuisine and culinary arts, and brought together our R&D team along with leading professionals in the field.
The seminar was an important opportunity for growth and professional development, also thanks to the presence of APEI partners – the Ambassadors of Italian Pastry Excellence – an association we are proud to be part of.

During the event we presented Sofia , our reinterpretation of the Tuscan polacca: a cornetto with a straight, shorter and deliciously flaky shape designed to best accommodate the filling.
