the certified supply chain from the field to your bar counter.
From the desire to promote and enhance more and more our “Made in Italy” – which inspired the Caruso range, entirely dedicated to the excellence of our country – is born a unique and ambitious project which combines the devotion to quality, finest selection of raw materials, love for tradition, environmental sustainability and preservation of local productions.
The initiative comes to life from the collaboration with the Vesuvian Pellecchiella Apricot growers. Together, we cultivate and follow the entire production chain of these fruits, to create a completely certified supply chain of the filling for our Caruso Albicocca del Vesuvio!
Dolciaria Acquaviva is the head of the project, thoroughly monitoring all stages of apricot production, from harvesting to processing, up to the final use: each step is meticulously certified to guarantee a completely traced and controlled supply chain.
