We are proud to share that our La Lune 24% butter straight croissant has received the special recognition as an “APEI approved product” from the association of Pastry Chef Ambassadors of Italian Excellence. The prestigious commission tasted and evaluated our product, which respects the required quality standards and presents parameters of excellence in the organoleptic and technical characteristics of the recipe.
Through La Lune line-up we have reassessed the classic croissant from the other side of the Alps with the Italian confectionery art perspective. We combined the fragrant golden flaking of butter with a delicate taste that has convinced even the best professionals and the most knowledgeable pastry chef of the dessert world.
