This year as well, the APEI Technical Seminar took place at CAST Alimenti in Brescia—three intensive days dedicated to training, exchange, and professional development in the world of Italian Pastry Excellence. A highly valuable event that involved our R&D team alongside industry professionals and partners.
The event represented an important opportunity for growth and knowledge sharing, made even more meaningful by the presence of the APEI Masters – Ambassadors of Italian Pastry Excellence – of which we are proud to be a part.
In a context of excellence such as CAST Alimenti, the working sessions encouraged in-depth technical insights and professional exchange, confirming the central role of continuous training and collaboration within the sector.
