Dolciaria Acquaviva conquers the
International Taste Institute jury once again! Over 200 professionals – chefs e sommeliers recognized by institutions such as The MICHELIN Guide and Gault&Millau –have been selected to be the jury of the Superior Taste Award:an undeniable symbol of quality and excellence.
Through a rigorous method of tasting, the jury evaluated numerous products, conferring only to the best the renewed award. Our Vegan whole wheat Croissant with Citrus and Ginger achieved 2 stars, scoring 84.6. The jury appreciated the fluffiness and the interesting combination of flavors of this delicious cornetto. Our La Lune straight croissant with pistachio is confirmed, for the second year in a row, among the most loved products: it won 3 stars scoring 92.1.
We are glad to share this new milestone with all of you: a result that reward us for the great effort we put into selecting the raw materials, studying the recipes and handing down the principles of tradition, adapting them to our industrial dimension.
