During the 46th edition of SIGEP World 2025, Acquaviva received a prestigious accolade: the Gold Medal of Merit, presented by the Association of Ambassadors of Italian Pastry Excellence (APEI).

In this prestigious setting, our award-winning Croissant La Lune with pistachio also received public recognition with the “APEI Approved Product” certificate.

The jury, made of expert pastry chefs, praised the croissant’s fragrant layering—crafted with 19.5% butter and natural yeast—and its exquisite pistachio filling, elements that make it truly unique.
