Our accomplishments at the Superior Taste Award 2024
Acquaviva products have conquered, once again, the palates of the best chefs and sommeliers in the world! More than 200 taste experts, recognized by such prestigious institutions as Le Guide Michelin and Gault & Millau, composed the jury of the Superior Taste Award: a symbol of quality and excellence in the Food&Beverage industry.
After a careful tasting – based on an objective methodology focused on 5 criteria of the International Hedonic Sensory Analysis – the jury selected the best products, assigning them the prestigious awards:
- One star was awarded to our Calise straight cream and black cherry croissant., with a score of 77.
- Also our Protein Pop, received one star, with a score of 76.2.
- While our La Lune pistachio straight croissant once again surprised the international jury, earning three stars for the third year in a row, with an outstanding score of 91.1 and thus winning the coveted Crystal Taste Award, an award valid for life!
These accomplishments are the result of our constant commitment to selecting the best raw materials, creating unique recipes and guaranteeing the perfect balance between traditional craft and industrial innovation.
Recognitions like these celebrate our work and, above all, they inspire and motivate us to continue on this path, with the aim of enhancing the excellence of Made in Italy in the world.
