- One star for the special bread “Schiocco Multicereali” – score 73.4
- Two stars for the muffin “il Crocetta” – score 83.5
- Three stars – score 95.2, one of the highest of the year – for our La Lune straight croissant with pistachio, which generated an enthusiastic reaction from the entire international jury.
Over 200 experts and professionals of taste, including chefs and sommeliers selected by the most prestigious culinary associations in Europe and recognized by major gourmet institutions – such as the Michelin guides or Gault & Millau – have tasted and evaluated over 1.800 products to bestow the renowned award.
The internationality, professionalism and talent of the Jury make this achievement even more prestigious, and we welcome it with great pride and the same desire to continue to grow and excel.
