Dolciaria Acquaviva SpA – leading Italian company in the production of frozen bakery products – has settled the acquisition of the Milanopane srl company, manufacturer of savoury snacks, pizzas, frozen semi-finished products for confectionery, bakery and for the ho.re.ca channel.
Through this operation, Dolciaria Acquaviva SpA aims to expand and strengthen its offer in a sector with high growth potential, thanks also to a strong investment plan, designed for the years ahead.
The acquisition of Milanopane srl is in line with the Acquaviva brand strategies: the aim is to expand the offer dedicated to professionals in the sector, integrating new products and developing synergies thanks to the skills of Milanopane historic brand.
Founded in 1987 as a bakery and artisan pastry shop, since 1992 Milanopane has been able to transform itself and grow in terms of size and production capacity, balancing modern industrial methods and search for innovation and quality within production.
